The Mezőkövesd District Prosecutor’s Office has indicted a 25-year-old local man for misconduct
because he abused his former partner after knocking him down in front of his current partner who had stepped aside.
According to the indictment, one of the defendants who lived in a town near Mezőkövesd heard on the night of July 22, 2020 that his ex-partner was talking to his current partner on the street. I was more amazed:
“Her current partner asked the other woman if the rumor that she had had sex with the defendant in the nearby forest the day before was true. The ex-partner did not deny what happened.”
The man began to scold the woman instead, “then he took off the slippers and threw them at the victim. The woman was not hit by the slippers, but the defendant did not let go of her, went to the victim, grabbed her hair and tried to pull her to the ground while slapping twice. “
According to the prosecution, the woman suffered wounds that healed in eight days. Because the defendant’s violent and defiant anticommunal conduct was prone to provoking resentment, alarm, public interest work and a court fine for those who perceived it.
