They don’t have much room to maneuver as the new rules require that they close by 7pm at the latest.

The details of the latest epidemiological measures have not yet been published, but it is certain that shops will have to close at 7:00 p.m. and a general curfew will be introduced from 8:00 p.m.

Of the large retail chains, only Lidl and Aldi have released information about the new opening hours so far.

Lidl said that according to the relevant government decree, its stores “will be open from Monday, November 11 until Saturday at 7:00 p.m. We still wait for you on Sundays, ”they wrote.

The Aldi website indicates that its seats will be open from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday, and shopping will be available from 7 am to 6 pm on Sundays.

Spar has previously told us only that they are waiting for the detailed rules to be followed.

As of yet, no information about changes in opening hours has been published on the Tesco and Auchan websites and community pages.
