Half a year after the spring outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the second wave of the pandemic has arrived. The radical increase in the number of infected is forcing more and more countries to re-impose restrictions, despite the fact that the world economy has not even recovered from the effects of the spring outbreak. The Budapest Police Headquarters deliberately supervises compliance with security measures. On Saturday, they focused on curfew and nightclubs.

Due to the irregularities experienced, the BRFK will be located in V. and VII. closed a total of nine stores in his district for 14-14 days. 38 people were fined on the spot for violating the rules for wearing a mask and 11 infringement proceedings were initiated. One person was reported for violating the curfew.

Of course, the police also acted when they found a violation other than protection measures. A person driving around and a drunk driver were arrested. Three people were turned over on suspicion of a crime: two for a traffic offense and one for drunk driving.
