Over the weekend in Voronezh county, Alexander Sulepov, a doctor treated against Covid-19, fell out of the hospital window. According to media reports, the 37-year-old doctor, who was in a state of crisis and suffered a skull fracture, had previously protested on video with his colleagues against being forced to work in an epidemic hospital for lack of proper equipment. He is the third doctor to have similarly visited Russia in recent weeks.

Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murasko said in a television interview that some of the restrictive measures imposed on Covid-19 will remain in effect until an effective vaccine or medication is developed. He did not rule out that a second wave of the epidemic could come without the acquisition of public immunity.

The Russian Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued a clarification on Sunday night that the government lifted the ban on the export of masks and protective clothing only in the case of the Eurasian Economic Union. The export stop, which applies to bandages, fans, disinfectants, and some other devices, in addition to masks and protective clothing, expires June 1.

Over the weekend, authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina rejected 24 Russian health soldiers who attempted to cross the border with five Serbian vehicles to carry out the disinfection in Mostar. Incidentally, the aid contingent entered the country smoothly on April 9, when its plane landed in Banja Luka, the capital of the Republika Srpska.
