The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) was detected in 1,820 new Hungarian citizens, thus increasing the number of infected people identified in Hungary to 56,098, read on koronavirus.gov.hu.
Most of the 38 deaths were elderly, chronic patients, so the number of deaths increased to 1,390 and 16,007 have already recovered. The number of active infections is 38,701. 29% of the actively infected, 37% of the dead and 29% of those recovered are from Budapest. 2,245 coronavirus patients are cared for in the hospital, 205 of whom are connected to ventilators.
They recall, according to a government decree published on Thursday, that wearing a mask is also mandatory at outdoor events and sporting events. Participants must wear a mask at the venue of a sporting event and in an outdoor gathering. Athletes, coaches, match director, referee and assistants do not have to wear a mask at sporting events. You can speak without a mask in the meeting. Anyone who does not wear a mask despite having been instructed by the organizer of the sporting event or meeting must be instructed by the organizer of the event to leave the venue.
