Cecília Müller explained the low mortality rate by saying that the virus is now more prevalent among young people, so the course of the disease is usually mild.

The number of diseases is increasing throughout the world, we are living in the time of the second wave of the epidemic, he declared.

As he said: According to the latest data, 292 new infections have been recorded in Hungary. The number of cases is increasing mainly due to the introduction from abroad and the spread in the community, so the introduction should be avoided after September 1, and it is important that only healthy people enter the community, he emphasized.

He also stressed that individual responsibility in controlling the epidemic has increased. Basic hygiene rules should be followed because they are important to prevent the spread of the virus. The use of a mask is mandatory in shops and on public transport, but it is recommended where a distance of one and a half meters cannot be maintained, said Cecília Müller.
