Knézy can imagine a score in Ferencváros |
“Twenty-five years ago, we were able to follow two FTC BL games on an unforgettable comment from his father. How does it feel to prepare for Tuesday’s meeting?
– I see those matches as examples, they are not an additional burden. It is very rare for a game to turn out so well that the commentator can sit back and enjoy what he sees, cheering from the heart. This was rarely even given to dad. I’m sure we can still see a good clash and a decent position, the two teams will be on par. I am very proud to be able to broadcast an FTC Champions League game 25 years after Dad.
– Tuesday’s game will be the fourth round of the group stage, so our home game against Juventus can give the Italian game a boost. Can we expect a surprise in Turin?
“I’m realistic, I could be very happy in a tie.” It could even be in the game and the Verdiblancos could score. It is an eternal truth that each party is different. I really believe that you can only go out on the field if the team wants to win. Since Serhiy Rebrov has ruled the FTC, this has been increasingly true and there is a sense of the will to win for all players. The first match didn’t really look good in the last twenty minutes, but until then Ferencváros wasn’t ashamed. There was a short circuit, there were some mistakes and two avoidable goals. I think this will never happen again, and the Hungarian champions can play a much closer match.
