– How do you rate what happened at Juventus Stadium?
“I was wondering how the scenario of the first meeting would change Said Dino Zoff, 78, who gave our newspaper a short telephone interview the day after the game. – I saw a new face for the Hungarian champion, who still played a supporting role in Budapest, but this time he was a worthy opponent of Juventus in every respect.

– Did the match surprise you?
“I was hoping that Juventus would not pass it as easily as before.” It is less that Ferencváros plays with such uniformity and confidence. I can only speak with appreciation for Tuesday’s performance.

– Hungarian football is currently experiencing a special autumn: in parallel to its participation in the Ferencváros Champions League, the national team fought for the European Championship and won its league group B in the Nations League. Can you feel the change in Italy?
– From here we see fewer processes taking place in Hungarian football than you do at home, but the results obtained are encouraging. I’m also happy for them, because based on Hungary’s brilliant football past, they deserve to play an important role in international football. It is almost impossible to reach the level of Ferenc Puskás, but I wish the Hungarians every success in moving forward.
