Elon Musk was angered that the Alameda County public health chief had specifically asked the Tesla factory not to resume vehicle production due to restrictions due to the coronavirus. The Tesla plant is slated to reopen its doors this Friday.
“Tesla will immediately sue Alameda County. A foolish, unelected interim public health leader is acting against the government, the president, and our constitutional freedoms and common sense! Elon Musk writes on Twitter.
“Tesla knows much more about what to do from the experience of the Tesla factory in China than an interim (unelected) health officer in Alameda County,” writes the inventor.
The Tesla boss had never endured restrictions on the coronavirus before: In a conference call about the company’s findings, Musk called the restrictions on the fascist Covid-19.
