Coronavirus – the second wave

Half a year after the spring outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, the second wave of the pandemic has arrived. The radical increase in the number of infected is forcing more and more countries to re-impose restrictions, despite the fact that the world economy has not even recovered from the effects of the spring outbreak. According to the posters, the second wave also reached Hungary. Follow our news!

The National Directorate General for Disaster Management, which belongs to the Ministry of the Interior, has called a public tender for 465 fans, according to 444. This news is remarkable because, as the newspaper points out, Hungary’s current purchase of 20 billion. It is true that some of the machines are said to be in stock.

The new acquisition also seems unjustified because, even in the worst case described by Viktor Orbán, healthcare would need up to 800 machines.

One of the appendices to the recent Catastrophe Protection public procurement announcement reveals that the newly acquired fans will go to the warehouse for 2.5 billion HUF, which Hungary is building with EU money.

In this article we write more about suspiciously expensive fans.
