The radical increase in the number of infected is forcing more and more countries to re-impose restrictions, despite the fact that the world economy has not even recovered from the effects of the spring outbreak. The mayor of Budapest called an extraordinary meeting in the General Assembly of Budapest to “strengthen” protection against the coronavirus epidemic. According to a presentation on the website of the City Council of the capital in the act of next Monday

If a vote is taken, as of September 18, the use of a mask to cover the nose and mouth will also be mandatory in cinemas, theaters, concerts and circuses, as well as in markets, stores and condominium assemblies.

Those who fail to don or use the mask incorrectly can be fined 15,000 HUF on the spot.

The owner of the institutions may also be penalized for this and may be imposed an administrative fine of HUF 50,000.

According to the filing, the administrative fine can be imposed by the Chief Notary of Budapest, and the on-site fines can be imposed by the employees of the Public Area Inspectorate.

Flights from the Budapest Transport Center have been tougher before: those who travel without a mask or use it incorrectly can be fined 8,000 guilders.
