On Tuesday night a government decree was issued with rules valid from 0 pm on Wednesday. The measures taken in the past are complemented by:

There is a curfew between 8:00 p.m. M. And 5:00 a. M., Everyone should be home by 8:00 PM. M.

These are the exceptions you may refer to when you can be out between 8pm and 5pm

  • in case of threat of damage to health, danger of death or serious injury and in order to protect life,
  • per job (including round trip)
  • due to a sporting event, training (including travel) conducted for a competitive athlete,
  • for walking dogs, on the condition that you must remain within 500 meters of the residence / accommodation. The municipalities can decide on the closure of the dog run in their own competition.

Work and training must be documented.

All meetings are prohibited.

Restaurants cannot receive guests, they can only give take out food, the guest can be inside during that time. Taxi drivers can also tackle home delivery. Factory canteens may be open.

Stores, with the exception of pharmacies and gas stations, can stay open until 7 pm and then open at 5 am at the earliest when the curfew expires. Service providers and services not mentioned in the regulation (eg hairdresser, massage therapist, personal trainer) can normally operate under the curfew rules.

Hotels cannot accept tourists, they can only be accommodated for commercial, economic or educational purposes.

Events, including cultural events and Christmas fairs, are prohibited. The rites of religious communities must be decided by religious communities.

Sports matches must be held behind closed doors.

Individual outdoor sports are allowed (there are also restrictions here, see later in this article).

The use of leisure facilities, in particular fitness rooms, indoor swimming pools, museums, libraries, cinemas, zoos and skating rinks, as well as game houses, is prohibited.

Kindergartens, kindergartens and elementary schools are open until the eighth grade as usual,

The special measures of institutional protection will be determined by the Director.

(It’s a question of how many hands-free principals are given, for example, whether chronically ill teachers in elementary school can teach from home at the principal’s discretion.) High schools are moving from ninth grade to digital education. Colleges and universities operate at the discretion of the school principal.

Universities and colleges are also shifting to digital education. Universities of higher education institutions will be closed, the Rector may establish exceptions.

Private and family events (such as birthdays) can have a maximum of 10 people and funerals 50.

Weddings can be held in a tight circle without a wedding.

Employees of hospitals, schools, kindergartens, kindergartens and those who work in a social institution must undergo weekly tests, according to an independent government decree.

The regulations introduced so far on the use and maintenance of distance remain in force, with the obligation to wear a mask in some public areas of settlements with more than 10,000 inhabitants. It is the responsibility of the mayor to designate the areas.

It is not yet mandatory to wear a mask during sports activities or in parks or green areas.

Gatherings are prohibited, but this does not apply to outdoor sports fields, sports can be played there.

In particular, running, walking and cycling are allowed.

Fans are prohibited in all team sports, especially soccer, hockey, handball, basketball, volleyball.

These are the rules for the tax credit:

To simultaneously cope with the health and economic effects of the coronavirus pandemic, protect human lives and preserve jobs, the Government is committed to providing tax incentives, reimbursement to accommodation providers for the loss of their reservations and wage subsidies, with an introduction to economic protection measures.

As a first step, catering companies, cinemas, performing artists, sports associations and museums, among others, will receive various tax exemptions, they will not have to pay soco, professional training contributions in the next month, as well as exceptions do not consider the amount of personal payments as a tax base. This, in turn, is only valid if the actual core business had the small business with the most revenue in the six months before the regulation came into effect, but at least 30 percent of its revenue came from from here.

Unsurprisingly, the subsidy is still conditional on the company continuing to pay workers’ wages and not firing anyone.

The bulletin confirms that the accommodation will recover 80% of the net income of the reservations registered in the National Tourist Information Center until November 8, 2020 for a period of 30 days from the entry into force of the Regulation.

Salary subsidies can also be provided for the companies mentioned, i.e. 50 percent if

(a) the employee has an employment relationship on the last day of the benefit period, and

(b) the employer pays the employee’s wages

Applications must be sent to government offices, which can only apply for November, and also promise to process the application within 8 days.
