According to Bernadett Szél, an independent member of Parliament, the constitutional right to express an opinion in such a situation also awaits an interesting court hearing.

Once again, a car rally was held in Clark Adam Square, but after police punishments last week, protesters changed tactics. Some played the bagpipes from a recording, in another car the horn was pressed on the mother’s seat. An independent member of parliament, Ákos Hadházy, was detained by police on the grounds that he was “using an unreasonable beep.” After announcing that he was listening to Matthew Bach’s Passion, tuned to the horn, blasting through a roll-up window. In addition, they also asked him what he was looking for in Budapest as a Szekszárd resident.

Then he claimed he was a member of Parliament, coming from work and still going back to work.

He was not punished now, he told hvg.hu.

However, Bernadett Szél, an independent member of Parliament, was again denounced for violating the rules. There was no wind, he was listening to the same music as Hadházy. He made several turns at the roundabout, he told hvg.hu, the police warned him when the EU flag appeared in the car. He said he came from work and will be back there, but is now expressing an opinion. The police officer, citing a government decree made in an emergency, said a meeting could not be held now. Wind did not recognize the violation, he said, to express an opinion is a constitutional right. “This will be an interesting game in court, as expression of opinion is a constitutional right,” he told hvg.hu.

Dániel Kassai XVIII was punished. representative of the local government of the district. Based on a video uploaded to his Facebook page in Kassai, he told police that he went to the place to play sports, but the police officer, seeing his suit, did not consider it viable. He did not sign the HUF 30,000 fine on the site, therefore a violation report will also be filed against him.

According to our correspondent at the event, several police officers were issued and asked for their documents, but it is not known if someone was prosecuted. In the current demonstration, there were cyclists and those who protested with a whistle. Zsolt Bede, a Wild Drives employee, was allegedly spit on the spot. The published images show so much that a man is accompanied by the police on the scene.

This was the third such demonstration, the first organized by Hadházy on April 20, protesting the evacuation of hospitals. It was still uneventful, but the following week police appeared and fined the protesters.
