According to the statement from the Attorney General’s Office on Thursday, Simonka’s act may be a crime in two ordinary bribery processes, but the process can only continue if the government politician’s immunity is also suspended in this case.

Simonka also told the portal that she was infected with a coronavirus, which is important because the MP also participated in the parliamentary votes on Tuesday and Wednesday.
