  • The prescribed disinfectants must be used, stored and used in accordance with the regulations of the institution, this is necessary because the national chief physician detected irregularities, expired or inappropriate cleaning agents in the institution during the on-site inspection.

Even more infected and sick are expected among nursing home residents, because laboratory tests are still ongoing. On Thursday, ambulances transported 126 older caregivers to the hospital, and if additional infected people are confirmed, they will also be transported to the hospital.

Last week, a report was received from the Pesti út nursing home maintained by the Municipality of Budapest on the illnesses and the fact that they do not have adequate equipment and protective equipment, and the contracted family doctors do not provide the institution. As of April 2, quarantine was ordered for the entire institution, in a decision that forced his doctor to perform his duties, and through the ambulance service, the sampling of the inmates and their caregivers began. The Metropolitan Defense Committee delivered 200 FFP2 masks and 25-25 liters of hand and surface disinfectant to the institution.
