Kristóf Kovács is only 16 years old, but he is already reading decrees. He is preparing to become a lawyer.

The intervention of a 16-year-old student saved the Kecskemét General Assembly from embarrassing moments after voting on a motion.

It all started with the momentary Bodrozsán asking for Alexandra’s roll call vote on a motion. In such cases, however, you must first vote if a roll call vote is required. All went well. During the secondary vote, the president-president answered 6 yes and 9 no, plus 2 abstentions, and announced that the normal vote would take place in the absence of a majority.

The General Assembly would have addressed the following motion when there was a little confusion between the lines: Kristóf Kovács, a child sitting in the audience, indicated to Rita Dők, representative of Szőkéné Kopping, that in the case of a named motion, an agreement of 25 percent of the deputies is enough. The employee immediately began examining the legislation to see if the boy was right, but even he didn’t know exactly which one to look at. Kovács then chimed in again, noting that the municipal law should be revised, and also said which one. Those present, having verified that the boy was right,

They voted on the motion again, this time by roll.

According to Kecsup.hu, the 16-year-old from Momentum’s youth department TizenX is preparing to be a lawyer and, while his classmates are having fun, he reads legislation, watches parliamentary broadcasts and now follows the Kecskemét General Assembly a local level.

The video of the chaos can be seen below:

The motion, which was voted on by those present, was presented in Bodrozsa itself and spoke of greater transparency in the work of the municipality. Mrs. Klaudia Szakerey Pataki also harassed the mayor of Fidesz:
