Another revelation on the affairs of Philip Rákay

[ad_1]

It seems that some kind of home exchange in Csikicsuki accompanied Philip Rákay’s move to Buda Castle, which does not change the fact that the Fidesz media star is doing well financially.

The 24.hu provides more details on the conditions under which Philip Rákay and his family obtained a municipal apartment at Buda Castle. Last year, the former deputy CEO of Magyar Televízió and his wife revealed that they had acquired a 60-square-meter, two-room property on Vienna’s Gate Square in a listed building, which had been renovated for the 70 million guilders for the District I municipality a few years ago. They pay a profitable rent for the apartment, 39 thousand florins per month.

It resulted from the contracts requested from the district that the Rákays gave a one-room apartment on the ground floor of 24 square meters in exchange for the castle apartment on the VIII. Plaza del Calvario district. According to the advertisements of the most important real estate portals, the value of an apartment in Józsefváros may be a fraction of the area of Vienna’s Gate Square. But this is not the only unusual circumstance, but also the fact that there was a lot of movement in the property title of the exchange apartment in Kálvária tér at the time of the exchange transaction.

The cadastral document revealed:

  • Philip Rákay’s wife bought the apartment in Józsefváros in November 2018, and nine days later signed an exchange agreement with the tenant of the property in Vienna Gate Square, according to which VIII. The ownership of the district passed to the tenant of the castle.
  • However, the apartment was not kept for a long time by its new owner, who sold the property in Józsefváros 13 days after his property registration, that is, to the person from whom the Rákays had bought it not long ago.

Rákay previously stated that the tenant of the castle apartment chose the “valuable and renovated Pest condominium”. Asked about the details of the exchange operation, 24.hu also contacted Philippe Rákay, who said that everything related to the exchange was done in full compliance with the laws and regulations in force.
