The suspects have not yet been questioned, so the Attorney General added that the prosecution only has supervisory powers in the investigation until an interrogation takes place. In connection with the sale of Audi land, the police received several reports last year, which were merged into an investigation ordered on November 18, 2019, on suspicion of a crime of dishonest treatment that caused significant material damage.
The portal reminds us that the complaints were made because Zsolt Borkai and his lawyer, Zoltán Rákosfalvy, who also participated in the yacht body, had ceded and purchased the land necessary to build the Audi Logistics Center in such a way that they caused damage to the municipality.
