By region, the day before, most of the new patients, 428, as well as five deaths, were registered in the capital, Kiev. With this, the capital has become the most infected region in the country, ahead of the Lviv region in western Ukraine, which leads the list so far. In Kiev, the number of infected identified reached 16,951, while in the Lviv region, 16,774 have been registered so far. The number of deaths in the capital rose to 266, in the Lviv region with four more cases to 468.

The second newest patients, 292 and six deaths, were recorded in Kharkov Oblast in eastern Ukraine, and the third largest, 280 and two more deaths, were recorded in Ternopil county in the western part of the country. last day.
