A teacher was put on a fan in Pécs and many were quarantined

More and more people are infected with the coronavirus in large rural cities. In Hajdúnánás the deputy mayor is already in quarantine, in Nádudvar two neighbors of a nursing home died from the virus. There is a teacher in a fan in Pécs, and the grocery store in St. Petersburg has closed due to the coronavirus.

“The teacher in one of the Pécs schools has been wearing a respirator since Saturday, we know exactly that, and there are many sick people, many of whom are in quarantine,” Erzsébet Nagy, a PSZ pedagogue in Pécs, told ATV Híradó.

Pecsma.hu found out that he is probably a member of the leadership of the Croatian school in Pécs. This is also supported by the institution’s Facebook post, which said they were badly affected by the virus, “mainly from management.” There are reportedly many people there who are sick, many are in quarantine.

According to the latest data, there are 104 confirmed coronavirus patients in Hajdúnánás, of which 67 people are actively infected. Currently six people are being cared for in the hospital, one person has died. Meanwhile, the city’s deputy mayor went into voluntary quarantine because one of his relatives showed symptoms of the coronavirus.

“Since then, it has become clear that our official quarantine has expired, but until my infected family member fully recovers, we will continue the quarantine,” Ildikó Nagyné Legény, Hajdúnánás deputy mayor, told ATV News.

In St. Petersburg, Vas county, the kindergarten and nursery had to be closed, but none of the local grocery stores were open because everyone in the store was infected.
