The KF41 Lynx infantry fighting vehicle was first unveiled in Hungary at the international military exercise called Brave Warrior 2020. The Rheinmetall demonstration vehicle participated in the exercise without a war poster, with a factory painted olive green paint.

The Combatiente Blog uploaded a video to YouTube that also shows a static and dynamic demonstration of Lynx. There is also a narration during the presentation, showing that

  • a Lance 2.0 infantry tower was used to demonstrate an infantry fighting vehicle,
  • The tank can be converted in a few hours to a self-propelled command, rescue and minesweeper configuration in addition to the basic function.

As previously written, Hungary has ordered a total of 218 Lynx infantry fighting vehicles and 9 Buffalo technical rescue vehicles from Rheinmetall, 172 of which will be manufactured in Hungary at a recently established Hungarian-German plant near the Zala Zone.
