An illuminated restaurant in Budapest III. district on Tuesday afternoon. Firefighters have managed to contain the fire, one person had to be taken to hospital on suspicion of smoke poisoning, Máté Kisdi, spokesman for the Budapest Disaster Management Directorate, told MTI.
The Budapest Transport Center wrote that the Szentendre road between Mátyás király út and Szent István utca was closed, only BKK vehicles could pass.
According to Máté Kisdi a family home built into a restaurant caught fire. When firefighters came out, the building burned with several meters of flames measuring about 300 square feet.
There are currently 47 firefighters working on the site, with 14 fire trucks. The flames were surrounded by seven jets of water.
According to Máté Kisdi, a man on suspicion of smoke poisoning was called to an ambulance.

Firefighters have already extinguished the fire and are carrying out repair work. The mobile disaster management laboratory carried out measurements on the surrounding streets and found no concentration of pollutants harmful to the health of the population, writes disaster management.
