According to the explanation attached to the map, the dot symbolizing the settlement is red if it was confirmed to be infected in the settlement during the period depicted, that is, since the beginning of March. However, this is not an interactive map, but a simple image file, which in itself makes navigation a bit difficult, not to mention that there are no figures available on the infection.
