A German soccer team scored 37: 0 after sending just seven players to the field in a home game on Sunday to keep their distance.
A small German soccer team called Ripdorf sent the minimum number of people onto the field because the opposing team, SV Holdenstedt II, came into contact with a proven positive coronavirus. The team members were tested and all tested negative, but according to Ripdorf, the conditions were not right for the game, but they could not fail, because if they had not entered the field, they would have had to pay a fine of 200 euros.
The team asked the local soccer association to postpone the match, but the request was denied.
Ripdorf’s team did not feel safe, but stated that the opposing team did not understand that they did not want to take any risks. They didn’t even hold back, they scored every three minutes.
