A 16-year-old boy cut off his tracker and then delayed his ex-girlfriend and mother, the Metropolitan Attorney General writes in a statement.
According to the indictment, the 16-year-old had a stormy, “neither with you nor without you,” a love story (sic!) With a minor whom he occasionally beat. The girl finally broke up with a boy who, however, could not process this.
The minor broke into his fiancée’s life in 2018, in their previous relationship, for which he was under criminal supervision and used a tracker. On August 8, 2019, the boy cut the tracker and took a knife and crossed the Pest of the XI. district, where he attacked his ex-girlfriend and his mother, who was trying to protect her daughter. He pulled and knocked the girl to the ground, then stabbed her and her mother several times. The young offender only stopped the delay when his mother received help over the phone. Only ambulances that arrived quickly were able to save his life.
The Metropolitan Prosecutor’s Office accused the Metropolitan Court of attempted homicide against the child and the crime of fleeing from prison surveillance of several people.
By law, the maximum prison sentence for a minor who has reached the age of sixteen when committing a crime fifteen years in the case of a crime punishable by life imprisonment. The accused is currently in detention.
