A man from Fadd filed a complaint against an unknown perpetrator on October 24 after stealing a car owned by his family, in which the ignition key was left. The car was later found stopped in Szekszárd, on the side of the road.
A few days later another report arrived at the Tolna police station: the car of a Fadd man was taken and there was the ignition key.
Tolna police have identified the alleged perpetrator, a 15-year-old boy living in a foster home in Fadd. The young man admitted to both thefts and told police that he took the cars because he wanted to drive his girlfriend.
But a few days after his questioning, the boy was hit again on November 1: Tolna stole the ignition key from a car that was left open so that he could drive that car later. Later, Tolna police captured the boy before he could take the car.
In questioning the suspect, the boy also confessed to the police to a previous robbery when he stole two wallets with the cash inside a car that was left open.
Tolna police also reported the boy for driving without a license.
Earlier this year, another car went missing from Fadd – a local man filed a complaint Sunday night that someone stole his car that had the ignition key on. The stolen car was found on Tuesday on the road to Pálfa.
In connection with the incident, the 15-year-old boy captured in November was reported, who admitted to investigators that he had taken the car because he wanted to go to Paul with him. (police.hu)
