The decree also establishes that health workers can be assigned to a service provider maintained by the state or the municipality for a period to be determined by the general director of the national hospital, but not beyond the end of the emergency.
Private service providers must also hand over their properties
During an emergency, the General Director of the National Hospital may, in addition to compensation, require any health care provider, who is not maintained or is not owned by the State or the municipality, to provide the SARS-CoV-2 virus with goods movable and movable property. for a health institution maintained or owned by a municipality – you can read in the Bulletin.
The compensation will be established at the request of the obligated health provider, the request will be presented to the General Director of the National Hospital and will be evaluated within 60 days of the presentation. However, the notification also establishes that “no compensation will be granted if the provision of movable and immovable property did not prevent the proper use of the object of use.”
Residents can also be accommodated
During an emergency, the General Director of the National Hospital may designate a health care provider other than the resident’s primary training site as the workplace for a resident with a health service status if warranted by the response to a coronary epidemic or other care. interest.
