The ownership of the acquired land is divided equally between the five buyers, namely Barbara Rogán, her mother, her father, her father’s business partner in Nyírség and a woman in Nyírség. As usual, only 5% of the purchase price can be paid with own funds and the remaining 95.8 million HUF is expected to be covered by a loan for the purchase of land from the state-owned Bank of Budapest.
They signed another contract on December 1, where they bought just over 68 hectares of land for just over 81 million florins. Also in this case, it was recommended that only 5 per cent of the price of the accident be paid for itself and that the remaining 77 million HUF be settled with the loan received from Budapest Bank.
