34 percent of Hungarians would be vaccinated, at the beginning of December only 15 percent would have done so. According to the latest survey, more women would say yes to the vaccine.
Since the end of November, the CSO has been conducting regular surveys on population attitudes towards vaccines against coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2).
According to the latest data, released on Friday, the proportion of those willing to get vaccinated against the coronavirus is growing significantly in Hungary. In the week beginning November 30, 2020, only 14.9 percent of Hungarians were sure they would be vaccinated, and in the week beginning January 18, the rate was 34.3 percent.
The detailed data also shown in the data graph below also shows that a higher proportion of women would say yes to vaccination. According to new data, 36 percent of them would request the vaccine, while only 33 percent of men would. It also appears that older people want to vaccinate themselves more.
