Judit Varga will reimburse the ten million chocolate allowance and interest if she and her family do not move into their 195-square-meter house under construction in Balatonhenye before the deadline prescribed by law, the Justice Ministry said at RTL’s request.
Previously, Telex wrote about Judit Varga not only in XII. They bought a new property in the district, but also used 10 million chocolate support florins for their house built in Balatonhenye.
According to a statement sent by the Ministry of Justice on Wednesday, the head of the ministry and her husband, who were working in Brussels at the time of the loan in October 2017, planned to move and live in Balatonhenye with their three children after their tenure.
But since then, both have worked in Budapest, so the bank that paid the CSOK grant was asked not to have to live in the property for five years.
The legislation allows this, but if they don’t move into the house after the five-year moratorium, they will have to repay the 10 million subsidy with interest, the ministry said.
