By Thursday, the new coronavirus infection (Covid-19) had been detected in 2,971 new Hungarian citizens, increasing the number of people infected in Hungary to 322,514.
Most of the deaths were 108 elderly and chronic patients, bringing the number of deaths to 9,537.
According to data from koronavirus.gov.hu, a total of five people died early Thursday in fifty years.
- A 36-year-old woman is the youngest victim of the epidemic, she has been treated for gastritis, cirrhosis and jaundice;
- complaints from a 46-year-old woman include high blood pressure;
- a 47-year-old man suffered from hypertension, heart disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
- a 48-year-old man had previously been treated for high blood pressure, diabetes;
- while a 49-year-old man was diagnosed with cancer.
