The preparatory tasks are funded by the Government from the central budget, the work is carried out by the Budapest Development Center under the supervision of Balázs Fürjes, Budapest and the Secretary of State for the Development of the Agglomeration, in cooperation with the municipalities of Budapest and Újbuda, BKK and BKV.
