Posted an open letter Jan Mikas Slovak medical director before the Christmas holidays, in which he writes that hospitals and health workers are under the greatest burden these days during the epidemic situation and the outlook is not good at all.

Many hospitals are already on the brink of collapse.

Quotations from the New Word letter. Mikas also writes that any relaxation would be a luxury now, and if there were no new cases in the next few days, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers would not feel it for weeks.

Mikas says that people must accept the fact that the Christmas holidays will be much more modest this year.

Not because of the curfew, not because of the measures contained in the regulations, not because of the controls in the border areas and the hosts, but not even because of the sanctions. But because our family members and the communities in which we like to spend our free time are important to us.

He said.
