He does not know who he allegedly bribed, or what the prosecution may have misunderstood, Fidesz representative György Simonka reacted to 24.hu after requesting waiver of the prosecution’s immunity.
The prosecutor’s office formally charged Simonka and his associates in the summer of criminal fraud and other crimes committed in a criminal organization that caused particularly severe property damage.
According to the essence of the well-founded suspicion, after Simonka learned of the initiation of the criminal process, she wanted for money that one of the arrested suspects did not testify against her and that one of the witnesses testify with pre-established content.
Simonka told the newspaper that if it was her turn, she would vote to waive her immunity. He also revealed that it was coronavirus, which is also important because he was in parliament on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
