There is still a scandal surrounding the Boeing 737 Max plane that was unable to take off for more than a year after causing two plane crashes. Now there are serious problems with another model from the manufacturer and, in addition, recent tests have shed light on even more errors.

According to The Seattle Times, Boeing is expanding the investigation to the 787 Dreamliners after manufacturing defects were found in several aircraft. According to the company, in the case of parts from a plant in the state of South Carolina, errors occurred during assembly, such as inaccurate alignment of the elements, among other things.

Therefore, the investigation has been extended to other plants, including Italy, Japan and another US plant.

Boeing will also inspect the Everett and North Charleston plants, which are in the final stages of assembly. According to the company, an error occurred during the assembly of the fuselage that needed urgent repair.
