According to the document, the lack of capital can be explained by the fact that the Docler Group was fined 80.3 million euros by the National Tax and Customs Administration. After the recapitalization, the eighteenth, Prior Systems Kft., Which houses 17 companies, has a share capital of 71.35 million HUF and equity of 2.45 billion HUF.
