Viktor Orbán sent a letter to Manfred Weber in which he lies down and writes about the historic requests of the Germans

Viktor Orban issued a notice of the letter that Manfred Webernekhe wrote to the leader of the Group of the European People’s Party. Consists in:

The main European media exclude, ignore and block thoughts that do not fit into the worldview that lurks every day. This will also be muted. This is not unknown to us Central Europeans. That is what we invented samizdat. Write, print, read, distribute! Szam izdat, that is, from ourselves to ourselves.

The somewhat confusing announcement does not reveal what samizdat is, but it is that Orbán compares the European Union to the Soviet Union, where Hungary is vetoing subsidies destined for it, because the union would introduce an accountability mechanism for violating the state of right.

On December 3, Manfred Weber told accredited correspondents in Germany that they would not establish the infamous rule of law mechanism against Hungary and Poland. Furthermore, the goal is to depoliticize rule of law issues in order to remove them from partisan political debates. The truth, however, is the opposite. This is evidenced by the following statements

– Orbán writes, then lists some criticisms of Hungary:

Commission

  • Jourová: Orbán builds a sick democracy.
  • Reynders: There is a crisis of the rule of law in some Member States. Especially in Hungary and Poland.
  • Timmermans: The free press hardly exists in Hungary.
  • Dali: This mechanism is the way to bring Member States online.

Parliament

  • Barley Vice President: Hungary and Poland must go hungry.
  • Verhofstadt: It is not necessary to demonstrate whether the operation of Hungary and Poland is in line with the system that will now be established. This has already been tested. It should be activated immediately now.

Governments

  • Maas: Now we will finally have a tool that will be very painful for Hungary and Poland.
  • Asselborn: This cancer must be neutralized. Hungary is the same dictatorship as Belarus.

Orbán then personally sends Weber a message:

The situation is clear, dear Manfred. He wants to change the current legal situation to create an instrument that can immediately come back against Hungary and Poland. In light of the statements of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the politicians responsible for the national government, he can no longer deny it. And he hopes that we Hungarians will accept it.

Finally, it also contains a historical reference to the requests that Germany had in the past towards Hungary, which can even be interpreted as Nazi. This is interesting because Tamás Deutsch he had just been forced to apologize to Weber for gesturing.

The Germans have asked us Hungarians a lot in history, but you are the first to look at us like a bastard. We are not.
