A senior Iranian military adviser has said that the Shiite state will respond with a “moderate but determined” response to the assassination of nuclear scientist Mohsen Farizade, Reuters reports.

There is no doubt that Iran will give a moderate but decisive response to the criminals who deprived the nation of the martyr Mohsen Farizade.

– said Kamal Kharazi, Head of the Strategic Council of Foreign Affairs of Iran.

According to Iran’s military and religious leaders, Israel may be behind the assassination. However, the Tel Aviv government has so far denied its involvement.

Iranian extremists, meanwhile, have called on Tehran’s leaders to strike back at Farizade’s assassination.

For example, an article in the Kayhan newspaper, edited by Ayatollah Ali Hamenei, Iran’s religious leader, called on the government to carry out an attack on the city of Haifa if Israel’s involvement is proven.

We must carry out this attack in such a way that we not only destroy plants, but also cause serious loss of human life.

You can read it in the opinion piece published in the newspaper.

At the same time, Iran’s response may be limited by Israel’s support for the United States, which has taken action against Iran on several occasions in the past.

The assassinated Iranian nuclear scientist, Mohsen Farizade, is buried in Iran on Monday, and his coffin is transported by various religious shrines in front of him.
