The government issued a government decree on the legal status of the health service, which also sets out the terms and conditions of employment and salary rules, the ministry said Saturday night.
In a statement, Emmi wrote:
In parallel with the salary increases, the legal relationship of the health service to be introduced as of April 1, 2021 will create more predictable and transparent working and salary conditions for those who work in the public health service.
They added that the objective of establishing the legal relationship is to “guarantee security and raise the level of public health care and eliminate anomalies and labor abuses that have arisen from the overlap of public and private health services, at the expense of patient care. ”.
The regulations establish, among others, the personal scope of the medical service relationship, the content of the employment contract, the rules on job classification, working hours, wages, benefits, severance pay, trial period and the employer’s obligation to provide information and notification.
