The 24-year-old defendant stretched a meter of the rope with which the bullets were tied on a private road free of traffic, gave no sign of him, walked thirty meters away and began to herd the animal.

The cyclists on the road did not notice the obstacle, nor did they hear the cry of the man who was trying to warn them of the danger, both fell on the line and fell, and suffered injuries that would heal in eight days.

The Kaposvár District Prosecutor’s Office proposed that defendants with no criminal record be tried for a crime committed against road safety.
