A personnel change is needed because Balog Ádám At the end of the year, that is, with effect from December 31, 2020, he resigned from the MKB Bank Board of Directors membership and from his position as Chairman, and also resigned from the position of CEO. He would remove his hat on December 31, 2020, but if a successor is not found by then, he will leave no later than March 1, 2021.

Zsolt Barna started his career in the Supervision of the State Money and Capital Market, and since 2010 he has worked for the OTP Group: between 2016 and 2018 he was the CEO of OTP Ingatlan Befektetési Alapkezelő Zrt. From December 2019 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Slovenian subsidiary of the OTP Group, until July 2020 he served as Deputy General Manager of OTP Bank Plc.
