The court ordered the arrest of a 14-year-old boy who had terrorized his 12-year-old partner for months.
Between September and November 2020, the juvenile offender regularly abused and humiliated one of his classmates at an elementary school in Nógrád county. Inside, he stood in front of the entrance so that the victim couldn’t get out, then slapped him several times and kicked him hard in the tibia, claiming that the victim had tripped him in the classroom.
A juvenile offender may be suspected of committing a crime of stalking, a crime of intimidation, a crime of minor bodily injury, a crime of extortion and a violation of personal liberty.
In accordance with the motion of the Balassagyarmat District Prosecutor’s Office, the Balassagyarmat District Court has detained a minor who has committed a series of persistent and persistent crimes, including extortion, as a crime of outstanding material importance, for the risk of recidivism of the crime and lack of accreditation.
