The new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) was detected in 3,334 new Hungarian citizens, thus increasing the number of infected people identified in Hungary to 177,952. The seven-day moving average therefore decreased to 4,357, as the number of cases today is the lowest reported.
Most of the 91 deaths were chronically elderly patients, so the number of deaths increased to 3,891 and 43,339 have already recovered.
The number of active infections is 130,722. 22% of the actively infected, 25% of the dead and 26% of those recovered are from Budapest. 7,461 patients with coronavirus are treated in the hospital, so the number of hospital cases increased by 183 in one day. Of these, 627 are connected to a fan. nine more than yesterday.
According to the data, the authorities took more than 15,000 samples in one day, of which almost 22% were positive.
