He wants to work for a change of government in 2022, he explained in his long post.

David Dorosz, deputy mayor for Climate Protection and Development, resigned Thursday. The politician reported this in a Facebook post.

In it, he writes extensively about the extent to which the government is trying to make opposition municipalities impossible, and that the most important thing is that there is a change of government in 2022, and that is why he leaves:

But I firmly believe that the change of government in 2022 will better serve the long-term future of the country, including Budapest, and in the next period I want to focus all my energies on achieving this goal.

Doros wrote. However, hvg.hu knows that Christmas performs well in the background: it was not shown to anyone, but in early November it changed practically all the powers of Doros by changing the number of the mayoralty, and the leaders of the capital they say they cannot go to budget negotiations. that there are 5 deputy mayors.

Dávid Dorosz remained optimistic after last year’s municipal elections, speaking on hvg.hu’s public podcast Fülké that in his opinion the government would not punish the capital:

In his post on Thursday, however, he already wrote that

During the past year, we have still lost some of our illusions, the government is not only biting, but is pursuing a policy of bleeding and impossibility against us.

With David Dorosz, the former ally of Mayor Gergely Karácsony, with whom they worked in the LMP at that time, and from there they entered the Dialogue. However, due to the old ally, the mayor was in a delicate position several times, as can be seen in direkt36.hu’s article about the first year of Christmas. According to this, Doros first wanted to have his own office at the BKK headquarters, which he supervised, and then tried to move away from the internal conflicts of the BKK, but he was also criticized for other matters and lost his influence in the city council.
