Gergely Gulyás: After the epidemic, it will be better in Hungary than at any time since the regime change

According to the Minister in charge of the Prime Minister’s Office, this is out of the question.

To the Hungarian nation Gergely Gulyás said the Orbán government should work together as a NATO ally Joe biden But the Democratic Party “this time wins” must weigh the dangers of democracy exports, since

where advanced democracies operate, so there was no need, but also the fact that there seems to be very little left at home.

The minister criticized opposition parties for public conditions in Hungary, because they constantly criticize the defense against the coronavirus epidemic.

They will do everything possible to overthrow the government even in times of crisis.

According to him, the government has prepared medical care for the second wave, has everything to defend itself and

Hungarian healthcare can control the virus no matter how fast it spreads. (…) Hungary is one of the best defended states.

The debate on the rule of law with the EU is not, in his opinion, a debate on the rule of law.

In the Minister’s reading, the European Union simply wants to shape the right to intervene in Hungarian internal politics. As he said, the rule of law is under the so-called seven-week article, if anyone wants to deviate from it, the Lisbon Treaty must be modified.

The rule of law cannot be achieved by trampling on the rule of law.

The EU debate and veto do not affect the Hungarian economy. According to the minister, the crisis caused by the pandemic will be even greater than in 2008, but it is good for the economy that the government has prepared for the difficult years of recent years, Hungary

you can borrow on your own, not just with the EU.

It follows then that the public debate was more demanding at the time of the regime change, which the Minister explained, among other things, by the fact that

there is no longer agreement on the objectives.

Gergely Gulyás listed why people vote for Fidesz. According to him, voters seek:

  • they can get one to two
  • they have a job
  • your increasing salary,
  • motive of national pride,
  • if the family support system provides an opportunity to have children it does not mean poverty.

According to him, in the last ten years Hungary has made great progress, wages have risen and those of the poorest have risen the most, and the increase in the minimum wage has never been greater.

It is indisputable that if we overcome the epidemic, it will be better and easier to live in Hungary than at any time since the change of regime. I think most people decide who to entrust governance to accordingly.
