A defenseless girl was raped by three teenagers in one of the small settlements in Veszprém County. The Veszprém County Attorney General’s Office requested the arrest of the three minors for sexual violence. Two of the young suspects were arrested and a child was placed under criminal supervision.
According to the available data, the young people took advantage of the fact that the girl’s mother works and is at home without supervision. In the evening, they met at the girl’s apartment and drank alcohol there. And the minor was left defenseless by alcohol.
However, the village children, with whom the girl had been friends before, abused the situation. An unconscious girl who was unable to defend herself was taken to a building near a house, then undressed and sexually assaulted by all three.
The Veszprém District Court arrested the two older children according to the prosecutor’s motion, but in the case of the youngest suspect it was considered sufficient to apply criminal supervision, in which case it means that he can leave the property where he lives only with permission.
All the interested parties took note of the decisions to arrest the main suspects, so these two orders became final, while in the case of his third partner, the prosecutor appealed for a more severe coercive measure.
