The latest restrictive measures against the second wave of the coronavirus epidemic, such as the curfew, the prohibition of gatherings and groups and, among other things, the mandatory use of masks in public areas (for cities with a population of more than 10,000 ), they will be in effect from midnight on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

Exemptions from the ban
It is also worth noting how the regulation on curfews is foreseen in the regulation that has already entered into force. According to them, “between 8 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon, with the exception of these Regulations, everyone is obliged to be present at their place of residence, stay or accommodation.” The regulation also deals with the exceptions:
- a) in the event of a situation that threatens health, danger of death or serious injury and in order to protect life,
- b) for the purpose of work,
- (c) for transportation to the workplace and for transportation from the workplace to the place of residence, stay or accommodation; Y
- d) in order to attend a training or sporting event held competitively for an athlete in accordance with the Sports Law, db) for transportation to the training venue or sporting event, dc) for transportation from the training venue or sporting event to the place of residence, stay or accommodation
It is allowed to leave the place of residence, stay or accommodation or remain in the public area between 8:00 and 5:00. In addition, it is allowed to leave the place of residence, stay or accommodation in the public area to walk the dog between 8 a.m. and 5 a.m., or to remain in the public area, provided that you cannot leave the 500-meter radius of the place of residence, stay or accommodation during the dog walk. The local government may decide to close the dog run at its own competition.
