Viktor Orbán yesterday announced strong restrictions to curb the coronavirus epidemic. One of the most significant was the curfew after 8 p.m.

Animal keepers raised early on that this could be an unrealistic restriction for dogs. In a recent Facebook video, Viktor Orbán announced the decision: “… we will allow an exception, we will give the details of the exception to local governments, and we will also give the details of the closure of dog runners to local governments.”
