Defending champion Audi ETO KC from Győr defeated German team Borussia Dortmund 34-24 at home in the seventh round of the group stage of the Women’s Handball Champions League.
The meeting was held in Győr due to the strict precautions and restrictions introduced in Germany due to the coronavirus epidemic. The two teams will meet again at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at ETO’s home, within the framework of the eighth test scheduled for next weekend.
The Győrs boast a record 43-game series in the BL, which has been running since January 2018.

With two draws in the ETO, it was his fourth BL win this season.
The most successful player on the field was Eduarda Amorim with seven goals, her teammate Stine Oftedal and guest Jennifer Gutiérrez Bermejo from Spain achieved it six times.
