These managers could fill their positions from January as they plan to enter into new employment contracts under the status law with workers who remain in public service, the newspaper writes.
At the moment, it is also unclear what will happen to the fixed-term CEOs now appointed in the new structure. There are still applications running, which will be invalidated instead of announcing the results.
It is also interesting that it is not even possible to know what the new structure of the health system will be like.
